How to give
Send USDC on the Base network only, from an exchange or a Base-compatible wallet, to:

Check before you send: USDC on Base only. Other tokens, or USDC on any other network, sent to this address may be lost and cannot be returned. Do not send from the Red Envelope wallet (including its Ace mode): it holds AXY test-network tokens and cannot send to this address.
Every gift to this address is visible on the Base network: view it on a Base explorer.
What your gift funds
Development of the AB2BC ecosystem, including AXY Network: the wallet, the explorer, the developer tools, the open-source software, security reviews, validator operations and documentation.
Who receives it
Gifts are received by AB2BC LLC (Wyoming), which develops the AB2BC ecosystem, including AXY. AXY Network, a Wyoming nonprofit association (DUNA), is being established to steward AXY. When it has its own address, this page will show it, and new gifts will go there.
A gift, not a purchase
A gift buys nothing. You receive no AXY or other token, no allocation, no rights, no share of anything and no return. Gifts are not refundable, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
Not tax-deductible
Gifts are not tax-deductible. AB2BC LLC is not a charity, and AXY Network is not yet formed.
Where gifts are not accepted
We do not accept gifts from mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau, or from anyone subject to sanctions. Gifts that break these rules may be returned to the sender, less network fees.
Larger gifts
If you plan to give more than USD 10,000, please write to us first, so that we can identify the gift and thank you properly.
