1. What we collect
axy.network is an informational site. We receive the technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page). If you use the donation page, we receive the donation transaction identifier and wallet address that the public blockchain shows; we do not ask for card or bank details on this Site. We do not otherwise ask for or store account details here.
2. How we use it
To operate and secure the Site, acknowledge donations, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your data.
3. Cookies
The Site sets no cookies when you browse it. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
4. Third-party services
The Site runs on WordPress. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or social-media trackers on this Site. Some images and scripts may load from other websites we operate (for example ab2bc.com), which receive your IP address as well.
5. Sharing and blockchain records
We share data only with our hosting provider, when required by law, or to protect the Site. We do not sell it. Donations made on a blockchain are public and permanent: the wallet address and the transaction are visible on the public ledger and cannot be deleted by us.
6. Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and aggregate reporting, then deleted. Blockchain records are outside our control (section 5).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, and object to certain processing. Email us (section 9). We cannot erase on-chain records.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age your country sets).
