Supply

AXY supply

There are exactly 10,000,000,000 AXY, and there will never be more. The whole supply was created once, when the network started. No key or contract can create more.

The numbers

Measure AXY Live value
Total supply 10,000,000,000 sdk.ab2bc.com/api/supply/axy/total
Maximum supply 10,000,000,000 sdk.ab2bc.com/api/supply/axy/max
Circulating supply 18,249.59 on 21 October 2026 sdk.ab2bc.com/api/supply/axy/circulating

These are the figures of the test network. Test balances are not carried over to the main network, which is not live yet.

Why circulating supply is so small

We count as circulating only the AXY that sits outside every address AB2BC holds. Everything in an AB2BC-held allocation is excluded, including AXY that is unsold or not yet given out:

  • reward pools;
  • the reserve and treasury lines;
  • unsold sale inventory;
  • the team and founder lines;
  • the validators’ own stake.

On the test network almost all AXY is still in those lines, so the circulating figure is small. As AXY reaches people, it rises.

Where the rest sits

Every AB2BC-held address is published, with its share of the supply and its expected balance: the allocation table (36 lines). The table and the supply figures come from the same file. The live supply data carries the file’s fingerprint (allocation_sha256), so you can confirm both describe the same table.

Part of the supply sits in a 2-of-3 multi-signature account: any movement needs two of its three keys. The custody arrangement for the other lines on the main network is still being decided, and will be published.

Check it yourself

You don’t have to trust this page. Everything above can be read from the public network, without an account or a key.

  1. Read the supply data: sdk.ab2bc.com/api/supply/axy. It lists every allocation line with its expected and on-chain amounts.
  2. Read the allocation table: sdk.ab2bc.com/docs/axy-allocation.json. Its SHA-256 should equal allocation_sha256 in step 1.
  3. Read any balance straight from the network with a JSON-RPC request to the public endpoint https://3-genesis.ab2bc.com/api/rpc/AXY:
    {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"axyx_getBalance","params":["<address from the table>","0x2::axy::AXY"]}

    The four validators’ own stake is read with axyx_getStakes (params: the validator address).

  4. Recompute: circulating = 10,000,000,000 − the sum of every line in the table. Amounts are in base units: 1 AXY = 1,000,000,000 base units.

A daily check does the same calculation independently and compares it with the published figure. The two must agree exactly.

Can more AXY be created?

No. AXY is the network’s own coin. The code that created it runs once, when the network starts, and then removes the ability to create more. That code is part of the network’s core; our own reviewers have checked it for this, and a daily check confirms the core code hasn’t changed.

One detail for people who check: for the network’s own coin, the “total supply” the public endpoint reports is the fixed design figure, not a running count. The evidence that nothing new is created is the checked code and its daily check, not that number.

On the main network

When the main network starts:

  • the same rules apply: 10,000,000,000 AXY, fixed;
  • all AB2BC-held lines are published and excluded from circulating supply;
  • the supply data is published from the first day.

The insider allocations and their on-chain locks will be described in full before the main network starts.

This page describes the AXY supply. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any asset.

Good to know. AXY runs on the AB2BC test network today. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any token or security, and nothing here is investment advice. Tokens can lose value. AXY is not offered in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau, or anywhere it is not permitted. Read the disclosures.
